Tom's Valentines Day Cookie

For a little pre-Valentine's Day celebration (Tom was on call on V-day), Hayden and I made him a giant heart-shaped cookie with chocolate icing. Only, as Hayden was "helping" me put it on the platter, it fell apart. He wailed hysterically, so I smooshed it back together into a circle, glopped tons of icing on it, and here is the end result. It tasted fabulous!
